L'Oreal Professionnel Serie Expert - Absolut Repair Lipidium Instant Resurfacing Shampoo 500ml/16.9oz

My last order had a homemade label printed (looks like they all do now). The product dried out my hair… and in the end my hair was dull and much thinner. I just tried to purchase another bottle, but it too arrived with the label. I’ve returned it. Not sure what is happening, but I’m so disappointed.

I've been using L'Oreal Professional serie expert past 15 yrs . It's the best !I have frizzy hair so this shampoo not only tames my frizziness but also leaves my hair soft , smooth & shinny . Not to mention the scent that lingers on after days of shampooing.

Does what it claims to do. My damaged color treated hair felt Very soft and conditioned after my first time using this. I also bought the conditioner, which works very well also to soften and detangle my long, fine, damaged hair. Still need the ends trimmed, but this is a great conditioning shampoo. The shampoo and conditioner did seem a little pricey to me, more so than other Loreal shampoo/conditioners I have used,, but that is my only reservation.

My FAVORITE shampoo in the whole world, hard to find these days... I have fine hair, with this shampoo is smooth silky and does not tangle, no need for conditioner, great texture....

I first bought this from my hairdresser and I wind use anything else. Almost no scent (scents give me migraines) and keeps my hair healthy but doesn’t oil my scalp to give me “scalp pimples” like skins conditioning shampoos. I wind use anything else!

My hair was brittle and damaged from too much dye and not enough TLC. This produce is expensive but it saved my hair. I started using it every other wash; a year and a half later, I now just use it 1-2 times a week. It is very conditioning but not heavy, and my hair is lustrous and shiny like it used to be, even though I just put highlights in it. Highly recommend.

Horrible!!!Shampoo bottle had a white piece of paper taped over the original name of the product. Looks home made. Plus bottle does not look like a LOreal bottle. I have no idea what is inside the bottle.

Good product and price

Item arrived damaged: the pump was broken at the curve right below the hole the product is supposed to flow by, leaving a gap there. So, when pressed, the product get lost by the gap and don't even get to the proper hole at the end of the pump. Probably because the product was misplaced in the box, since it arrived upside down, with the pump being pressed against the box floor. I don't want to return it because I still need the content and don't want to wait for it to get here again. Just can't use the pump as I need.

It is not as good as the shampoo it has replaced

I’ve used this product for years, it’s excellent.

Quality shampoo. Hair feels soft a d manageable.
