Excellent Rolling Duffle For A Very Reasonable Price
Excellent rolling duffle for the price. It's always a struggle to balance price vs features and ruggedness when looking at travel luggage or bags of any kind. At $44 this bag is an excellent bargain for what you receive. (note: the Fila tag on the bag shows a MSRP of $90). The bag honestly does look and feel like a $90 rolling duffle. I purchased a pair of these for a relative who needed more bags for their return international trip home.Material quality is very good, as is workmanship and finish of all the seams, zippers, extendable handle, and wheels. Seam workmanship is particularly good, so I doubt you will see any sort of "seam blowouts" during travel. As it is a heavy duty nylon fabric, it will be susceptible to possible tears.... but nothing that would spill items all over the airport. The zippers are good quality and rugged, and I doubt they can be busted in travel.. even when being handled by the most careless of baggage handlers. Side pockets are well made, and appear sturdy enough to hold up to any rough handling as well. Bag does stand on it's edge well once packed, as long as you do not pack it top-heavy. Wheels works smoothly and quietly as well, and are a recessed inline skate style wheel design.. so it would take quite a bit to mess up one of the wheels.

Held more than expected
Needed smaller, lightweight suitcase for 2 week African safari trip. Bought 2 of these. Held more than expected and did very well. Lost for over a week coming home, and still no wear or damage. The plastic feet came off one of them going over, but the suitcase still stood up ok. I found it and was able to bolt it back on with a little wood backing.Very lightweight and easy to manage. The rivets holding the plastic feet on are not well made. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. For the price, did very well.UPDATE: November 2021 - just got back from another trip. Have used this on several flights and a couple cruises. Everything still works - wheels, zippers, handles. This is a sturdy, lightweight suitcase. I would definitely buy again.

This may work as my bug out bag.
August 2022I went with this bag because it has wheels, side pockets, bottom rails and a kickstand to keep it upright. I store in the corner of my room. It contains my survival/FEMA recommended gear plus more.I pack heavy items on bottom which I feel is why it stands up with no problem. Reasons for 4 STARSThis is my bug out evac bag(California fires, earthquakes).I have only used once. I intend to carry it every two weeks to the car to where I go bi-weekly and where it sits in the corner there and back home. I need be able to bug out of here in Cali. Fingers crossed this never happens.THE BAG:Zippers: For the few time I've tested the zippers seem sturdy and will last.Hand strap and top strap: Lifting 35 pounds of dead weight is no fun. I try to use both straps to help me. I hope they will hold( bi-weekly use to and from car) I'm afraid to use the kickstand piece as an option when loading it in the car.Handle: It's difficult to say because of the bi-weekly usage. I like that it has it's own zipper pocket.Kickstand: MINE IS LOOSE and no way to tighten. Everything is machine bolted.Perhaps being to tight might make it snap off if hit if checked on the plane( I don't intend to use as a travel bag). Plan your travel to test and get back home to return it if not happy. The kickstand was my reason for 3 star for sturdiness.Wheels: Rolls with no problem.I wish I could give you more information on durability and travel. My purpose is not for travel but as a bug out bag. I chose wheels if I have to leave my car and or NOT make it to my car from house. If you have to evac on foot at least you have wheels. This pack does not have backpack feature (rails only). I would not be able to carry 35 pounds on my aging back so it was not an option when I purchased this duffle. If you are traveling to rain I would treat with water repellant spray ahead of trip. I do same with my none WP shoes. I also carry garbage bags quickly accessible just in case.If anything breaks with my little usage I will review again down the road.

Great affordable suitcase for adventure travel!
I've used this suitcase on numerous trips now, mostly on SCUBA diving trips. It's a wonderful suitcase. It's help up really well for me and fits a lot, while also not being too big to lug around. I've never exceeded the 50 pound limit with this bag. I would definitely recommend, I love it!

6.5 years later, 5 stars!
I've had this bag 6.5 years, it's my goto travel bag, all the zippers still work great, as do the wheels. I've overstuffed it more than a few times and it holds up perfectly.

Not a Quality Product
The first of these bags I received had a defectively installed rivet, and the handle on one end of the bag was half detached as a result. Amazon quickly shipped a replacement, and that one had the same handle installed crooked -- one side of it was about 1" higher on th end of the bag than the other. It's very light weight, as advertised - I'm doubting it will hold up to airline baggage handling, which is where we would be using it.Amazon declined to send another replacmement bag - I'm guessing this isn't the first of these problems. I ordered instead a 26" pathfinder bag - more than twice the price and surely a lot better product.

Roomy and light, but the bottom metal bolt came off on my trip.
I really liked this duffel bag. It was roomy and light. It was also within the measurement specifications I was allowed to have on a trip to Yellowstone this past Feb. Two things of concern: (1) the outside pockets cannot be locked (2) after I returned from my trip, one of the metal bolts on the bottom of the bag got loose and now the long protective strip is loose. Useful bag, but not durable with the bottom strip because of this metal bolt coming off. I'm out of $50 because I noticed this defect outside the 30-day window of the Amazon policy. They won't exchange it. So check your baggage upon returning home.

Love this bag.
I use this for work 4 days a week. It has held up well over the last 6 months. I have used more expensive ones and had them fall apart. This bag is doing everything I need.

Poor durability and workmanship
Bag developed a hole at one of its corners on my very first time taking it on the plane. Seemed to be due to poor stitching. You can see where the fabric separated from the seam. Looks like I got a defective one.
