Is the wood blender pencil same as full blender?

I don't think its the same. It seems more translucent than the full blender. But you get both in this package.

Can you sharpen the bright to get a point?

Yes, the full blender is easy to sharpen in my electric Afmat sharpener.

How are they with Prismacolor brand pencils?

They blend prisma’s beautifully! You can use the blender bright to move the color around and blur or soften edges as well.
