Delicious herbal taste. I like the taste of herbal teas and I can't say this one is overbearing or too grassy, bitter, or earthy, has a nice floral and almost sweet taste but with no sugar. I have horrible anxiety/depression and always have afternoon fatigue but this does help a bit to calm the nerves and make it through tough times of the day. I love it iced, after steeping in a french press coffee pot for more than 10 minutes.
