PRO: Can show off pictures to anyone and anywhere without being bounded by the power cord. Great technical support from Dan Ho and Charles.CON: No memory card supportIf you have any of the other brands digital photo frames out there, anyone that you want to show the pictures must be next to the photo frame AND with a power cable plugs to the electrical outlet. What happens if the person(s) that you want to show the pictures are not mobile? For example, someone who is on a wheelchair, lying on bed or hospital bed etc. There are many reasons or situations that you would find the cordless features is invaluable!Because the PhotoSpring photo frame can be powered by it's internal battery or a separate power bank, under the scenario mentioned, you could charge the photo frame in advance. In case you think the battery is not lasting long enough, you could bring along a power bank that outputs 2A.Since it does not support memory card, My advice is to get the one with the largest capacity for an extra $20 or $40 which is what I did. Another wishful feature is to have a replaceable battery.I am rating this product 5 stars not only because of the cordless feature but also the customer service. I am sure many of us have the experience that after sending an email to technical support, there is an auto reply telling us that someone will be in touch within 24 hours or so. Most of the time, it may even be days before we get the reply. However, the tech support or customer service of PhotoSpring is first class. Instead of waiting for hours for a reply, I got a reply within hour!Many companies or merchants would sell you the accessories that you order. This is not the case with PhotoSpring. In order to be cordless, there are 2 requirements:- must have a USB cable and with the DC plug of the right size- a power bank that must output 2A or higherWhen I inquired about the USB cable, both Dan and Charles double checked with me to make sure that I have a power bank that outputs 2A. I really appreciate their professional attitude.

Was disappointed to see it significantly cheaper just after Christmas. And never actually saw it since it was a gift for my 93 year old mother. She loves being able to get photos and videos from her children and grandchildren, but it's still a bit complex for somebody that is not technical and doesn't want to be. (She struggles with her TV remote too.) She wasn't aware that tapping the arrow played a video, for example, until I visited and showed it to her. I think I'd like a black framed version, personally. But, overall, if my Mom likes it, that's what counts.

I would give this no stars if I could.Ordered this for my grandparents. After I set it up and started uploading photos, we began getting uploads from an unknown man. These photos were photographic in nature. Over 900 were being uploaded and I could do nothing to stop or block them.Contacted tech support and they told me they'd block the email if I knew it. I had no way of knowing as that info isn't available. We were told to shut down the frame as they would investigate. This was a private frame and the info had only been shared with close family.Anyone cam send pictures to your frame if they find out the email address! Do not recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent picture Quality. EASY TO SET UP!!!!I am buying one for myself!!!I bought this for my Dad so I can send him pictures and Video -It's better than I hoped for. Freaking beautiful quality pics and video. Easy to upload and send also you can select multiple pics at a time through their web based app.I got the 64 GB - white was the only available color. I hope to get 64 black for myself if available

Love my frame and especially now that we are home more. I placed it in our family room and programmed it to turn on and off so we can view the albums and remember all the good times while sitting in our sofa. We had friends over last Friday and I placed the frame outside while BBQing so they had the opportunity to reminisce and enjoy trips we took together with them.Now let me express how WONDERFUL their Customer Support was! I uploading over 1,500 pictures in separate albums so I needed assistance. I contacted them via email and had the BEST representative (Dan Ho) whom helped me throughout the process. I contacted him numerous times and he responded within 24 hours or less.Don't wait to get yours!!!!

I love having all my pictures in one place. I purchased two and put my videos on one and pictures on another.I didn’t like that it took hours to upload the pictures. However, that was a start and once finished I can now upload pictures straight from my cell phone no matter where I am.I don’t like that the pictures just drop in there anywhere instead of in order after the others already uploaded.Even though dislikes they are not so bad and I really enjoy the PhotoSpring.

I researched several digital frames before settling on this one. Although a bit expensive it's worth every penny. Picture quality is superb, the app was easy to set up and I shared it with family so we can download our favorite Pics on the go. The video quality and sound is excellent. It is easy to handle and pass around and I enjoy the fact that you can display in portrait or landscape mode. My photospring is a great conversation piece. Very happy with my purchase.👍

Easy setup. Everythings automated and connects to your google photos to download.Only downloads albums but not pictures that are not in albums...minor bug. Being wireless and portable makes dealing with the unit very simple. You can pass it around the room with no cords or cables needed to power it. Then just put in back on the charging stand
