NON NON BIYORI NONSTOP

This was a great continuation of Non-Non Biyori. I really wish they had continued making more seasons of this show, but I understand that it ends here as-is because this is also where the manga source material ends. Wish the manga artist/writer would have continued writing/drawing it more!

The third season of non non biyori, one of the first slice of life anime I’ve ever watched. The first two seasons hold a special place in my heart. I rated this one at a 5 because there is no 4.5 option on Amazon, and I couldn’t bear to give anything related to this show a 4.Honestly, I haven’t finished it, and that’s not usually a good sign. It could be that I’m not as into anime as I used to be, but to me the show has lost some of its steam. The new characters are a bit of a drag. Natsume hasn’t appeared as often as I would have liked (I just finished episode 6 recently, in which she did have a major role, but I would have preferred to have seen an episode focused on her much sooner than halfway through the season.) I think the main cast is being neglected to the detriment of the show. Maybe my opinion will change once I finally make it all the way through.

It's just a little slow to get back into its stride, but delivers some of the great comedy and character moments we've come to expect. A couple of the episodes are right up there with the best of the series and while one new character may not be a fan favourite, the other is a very adorable addition who has great interactions with Renge. Inclusion of the OAD which could very well be the last episode for the series is a welcome bonus and has an especially wonderful scene - which I won't spoil...

I've enjoyed Non Non Biyori Nonstop. Yes, it's not perfect, however, it's definitely a step forward compared to S2, plus it is certainly not worse than S1, if not better than it. Nonstop is a gem and a major improvement since Repeat—that's a win.

This is a sweet and beautiful series. If you want to watch lovely scenery, and a slow moving enjoyable plot unfold, while you escape from the world I can't recommend this enough.

まず、国コードが変更しないといけない。これは、それほどストレスにはならないが、字幕が消せないのは、他の方のレビューで書かれていたので、覚悟していたが、セリフ以外の日本語に字幕が付くのが、鬱陶しい。購入する時は覚悟してください。
