It’s a gorgeous, efficient, time saving teapot.
I loved it! It’s beautiful, makes great loose leaf tea, goes on the stove top with no problem, it’s delicate, like the coffee pot of a regular coffee maker. Of course you gotta be careful with it, it’s glass. I thought the handle would be super fragile, but actually is quite strong even my husband got impressed with its quality, he can fit his fingers through comfortably even with the hot pad. We both loved it. The best is that the tea doesn’t go cold so fast, so we can enjoy a great talk or play a table game without worrying about reheating our tea.

HANDLE NOT WELDED AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN
How can I say this, the top portion of the handle was not welded on. When I put some water in it I could hear this weird creeking sound. It was the glass rubbing against glass causing it.

Fatal flaw
This is a very nice looking tea pot and I was happy to get it, but it has a problem. The tiny slits in the infuser catch and trap pieces of the tea leaves and the only way I was able to get them out was with the fine point of a paring knife, which eventually broke a piece off. I wish they would make actual holes in the infuser instead of the little slits or at least make them a little bigger. Tiny particles still make it into the tea anyway so there is no real advantage to the slits - they just make it a painfully slow to fill the pot. I would not recommend this product.

Fragile Handle
The first time I used this I noticed that the handle seemed wobbly, but couldn't figure out why - thought it was the way that it was attached. The second time I used it I realized that the handle was cracked at the bottom of the top attachment. I now feel that it is just a matter of time before it breaks off.Also, this was supposed to have a metal infuser I believe, but the inside holder is glass, which I actually prefer.

After receiving a totally shattered pot in the mail the seller quickly sent me a new one that arrived in perfect condition. I use it on my gas stovetop and its great. I can see the water start to boil, so my pour over coffee is even better than before. The teapot is all that I wanted it to be, and for the cost it is a great purchase. I also enjoy purchasing a product from a company that values customer service. I can't wait to try the other products they have to offer.
