Yes. On the devices menu look for USB network and switch it on. When turned on the computer connects to the device via a USB Cable using the devices network directly. The feature does not work on MAC devices

Can this act as a wifi repeater as well?

No, it is a portable modem device. If you have a repeater device it can be paired with your " Glocall modem" to extend your coverage net.
