The zipper never worked. I tried to return and spoke with the company about a replacement, and they turned me down. And said no refunds and no returns either.

This is a very warm jacket. I hate wearing coats and needed a replacement for a 10 year old jacket that started to fall apart. This worked extremely well and has been keeping me warm during winter in Kansas. The downside is that it's not very well made, one of the pockets started to fall apart after the first wear and I only ever had my phone in it. The top of the zipper is also kind of sharp and constantly scratches my neck if it's zipped up all the way.
