This tape has the perfect balance of durability, compact, light weight and great features. I'm a Finish Carpenter and own a dozen or more tape measures but this is the one I keep close and use the most.

The best tape measure

I run a HVAC sheet metal shop, so a compact and magnetic tape measure is a must for me. The tape measure has lasted very well. I will be purchasing these as my go to tape from now on. Tape measures are commonly replaced here as they get cut up by our snips when notching sheet metal.

This tape measure works great for this union carpenter. Sticks to metal studs nicely, has a good weight for carrying all day, it fits in my hand well when ripping Sheetrock, etc. I highly recommend. Will buy again. I’ll probably get their 25’ magnetic as well for use as my bigger tape when needed.
