I have used this twice and see a HUGE improvement in my skin. I am aggressive with the needle, to the point I bleed a fair amount - however it is 100% worth it. Recovery time is at least a week. My skin went through phases of healing, the least is peeling similar to a sunburn. That being said, it is extremely easy to use. I do apply numbing cream beforehand. My pours are shrinking, skin has a more even tone, and wrinkles are less noticeable. I am 52, and this is by far the most effective and cost efficient product I have used.

Very easy to use and seen great results from first use

I carefully deciphered through all of these different micro needling devices. I chose one (a different brand) that I thought would be good, when I received it it was not at all. I decided to go with Dr pen. There are many here that sell Dr. Pen brand. And after investigating with Dr. Pen itself, there are many unauthorized sellers on Amazon. That's why the bad reviews. I chose this one because it seemed to be an authentic retailer of the brand.It saved me money than going direct with the company, and it was risk free with my prime membership, also with discounted prices on extra cartridges to add on right away, which I took advantage of because I had a good feeling this was a legit retailer.I just received it today, it really works! It's quality product and I'm glad I took advantage of the extra savings ordering cartridges with the purchase! Now, time will tell if it helps with my areas of concern.However, all of the videos I have watched, I do not recommend sliding it over your skin! But to place it over an area for a second lift up and place into the next area, etc... The needles move way too fast and it causes scraping, cutting over the skin, which I have found on my tomato skin testing. Not ideal. The nano head breaks up the dead skin cells on the surface and exposes trapped sebum, etc... That can then be gently exfoliated out, ideally with an enzyme exfoliant and ultrasonic current. TG

Easy to use

I have always used a roller, they hurt!I broke down and ordered a cheap derma pen model, not dr penn, it was useless and I went back to painful rolling.I received my A6s dr penn today and couldn't wait to take it for a spin. The difference is night and day. I don't have to use numbing cream.. and I do draw blood when I needle. This was so much better then any roller I've used. The penn is quality and well designed. I can't believe that it took me so long to buy one. Don't take a chance with the no name brands, you'll waste your money and end like I did, buying a real dr penn from a trustworthy seller.

This Dr. Pen a6s has a sleek design and is easy to use. It comes with both a wireless and wired option incase you run out of battery. Definitely a step up from a derma roller and much more effective and worth the price.

I just received my order on this product the A6S and I verified the authenticity with the product’s assigned number. You verify it with the manufacturer’s website, all the info you need is on a seal on the product box. Haven’t tried the device yet but can’t wait.
