This is an impressively well-designed QUICK REFERENCE for instant pressure cookers. What this chart does is to very clearly map out manual cooking times (all at high pressure), the ratio of liquid to individual foods, and the proper valve release (quick or natural). This is strictly for pressure cooking, not slow cooking. It is not a guide to all the features and buttons on your pressure cooker. It is not a cookbook with recipes. If you understand its purpose and read it carefully you will find it an invaluable resource. Note that color coding is part of the instructions. It’s a huge amount of information very cleverly presented so that you don’t have to keep all those picky details in your own head. Well done!

This is one of those tools I didn't know I needed until I saw it! Practical--it sticks to my refrigerator, and the recipes I read seemed easy to follow and not super fussy (easy-to-get ingredients, and minimal steps). I am looking forward to fixing some great, one-pot meals!

The magnet or hook festure is a added great feature to the chart to hang up or use on your refrigerator. I highly recommend this product chart. Great aid for pressure cooking variety of foods. Easy to use. Has a large magnet on back to leave on refrigerator for easy access when needed.

This is a colorful, well made, well designed spiral flipbook with magnet for refrigerator. Measures about 6.5 inches square. Pages are coated for wiping as needed. Note there are no recipes just product / liquid ratios and cooking times for meat , poultry, fish, beans etc.
