Q: Do you sell an extension to make this item longer?

The piece does not extend. Also if the crib is a wide wood panel the piece may not fit properly on the rails

Q: Are you able to rotate the top arm? My changing table to next to the crib and I was hoping to use it for both by turning the top part back and forth.

no. it snaps together like a puzzle piece. nothing rotates

Q: How much weight can this mobile arm hold safely?

Quite a bit. I made a homemade mobile with stuffed hot air balloons and it is pretty heavy. The arm doesn’t show any signs of distress.
