Got what I wanted
The only issue I have is the DVD format not the product. It seems I need to download an app/software to handle VOD formats (older video). Unfortunately, the best apps want to install software that basically takes over control for: sending out reports, importing thing I don't want or need and rewriting some of my setups.That isn't going to happen. I'll just keep researching for a product that I control.My CD collection works fine with the CD/DVD device and I've copied a few of my person recordings and burned a new CD. Seems the product does what it advertises.

Not recognized by my PC
I followed all the recommended, though hard to read grammatically, instructions. It is not recognized by my new PC running on Windows 11. I've emailed customer support. It takes days between my inquiry and their response. Still waiting on them for further direction on their product.Update: heard back from customer service. Problem solved. 'User error ', lol.

La qualité du produit et la facilité d'utilisation.
Je l’utilise pour lire des disques compacts de musique il fait bien le travail, je n’ai lu de DVD encore mais il est sensé bien le faire aussi. Il est un peu lent lorsque je transfert de la musique sur mon ordinateur mais cela peut être dû au port usb car il n’à pas usb 3 c’est un portable un avant la sortie d’usb 3. J’aurais donné un 5 étoiles s’il y avait inclus un mode d’emploi un peu plus complet car celui qui est inclus est très minimal.
