Great belt and pad - am using it on an incisional hernia, and I can honestly say it works really well! Velcro is strong, elastic belt stretches to fit around your waist.Customer services 100% - had a slight issue with the stitching, one email and it was replaced without issue, plus a spare one dispatched via tracked delivery - all received within a couple of days, thank you!Highly recommended - attentive service and great product which works (for me)

Size issue successfully resolved
I ordered the small to medium as per advertised sizing but it’s just small. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging so can’t return. Otherwise it looks like it would be helpful to use.Update- I was contacted by the seller and they were happy to resolve my issue and sent me a size large. Great customer service!I’m very pleased with this belt as it’s soft and comfortable to wear. I prefer it to wider belts as it’s more discreet under clothes. Ideally a choice of a lighter colour would be good to wear in summer.
