It's been almost 1 week of taking this and I have found that I do feel an increase of energy. The craziest thing, however; my desire for sweet things; such as cookies, cake and ice cream is down to just having 1bite, if that. So this is for the people like me:Update 1.5 Months: I am starting to see a difference in my clothes and my stomach. Light workouts and decent meals. I admit, that my days affect me to take the pills on time, I hate taking pills. I remember more often than not. I can see my stomach flattening..which is a bit odd and I am losing inches.Usually, especially being a 37 year old, I've found it almost impossible for me to lose weight, no matter what I do, but this has truly helped. In addition to some light exercise. I am pretty impressed.

I am a huge skeptic on products like this and honestly I’ve never found a pill that helps with weight loss, ever. I am giving this 5 stars though because it noticeably helps control my hunger. I am on a diet and oh my goodness I fantasize about pancakes and mashed potatoes, etc. But after taking this for about two weeks not only did my cravings subside but I just wasn’t hungry. I take it 30 minutes before a meal and it helps me feel full after eating far less. Am I shedding pounds quickly? No because I do diet only as I don’t care for exercise. I only run of I’m being chased by a bee. So something that curbs my cravings and appetite is amazing. I’m slowly and steadily dropping weight (25 lbs in a year with 10 to go for goal) and I’ll continue to use this as I’ve had no side effects.

I am doing good on Garcina Cambogia. I have lost 57 lbs since the end of July. I am 75 years old and can't exercise.

I LOVE this product!! I take it on an empty stomach 60 minutes before a meal and I get full so fast when I eat and thoughts of snacking in between don't happen. I always used to snack even when I wasn't hungry. What I also love about this product is that it doesn't make you jittery or feel out-of-sorts.
