if you work out at home and don’t have carpet, this product really keeps your exercise machine from sliding!

Using it for sofa to prevent it from sliding
I have laminate floors so my sofas were sliding around. These helped to keep them in place.Not as heavy duty as other ones I have for a treadmill, but these were cheaper and did the job.

I used these to elevate my very basic treadmill and they work and stay in place
I bought an inexpensive treadmill without all of the options and regretted not being able to walk uphill. So, I bought these. I put them under the front feet and they give me a good uphill climb and they stay in place. I'm so glad I didn't spend more on the treadmill and just got these! It's a great workout.

This is exactly what I want. I need the rubber pads to support the treadmill and bike on the uneven basement floor. I worry the size of this pad might be small but it is big enough for my purpose. I used stacked 2 pads in some cases to balance the treadmill. 16 packs is good enough to cover those needs.It is not super firm but I do not think it will damage the floor. so far so good.

Pads came in dirty
Disappointed to receive a bag of dirty pads. Had to wipe down each of them with sanitization wipes.

Cheap alternative to gym flooring
The media could not be loaded. Used them under all my gym equipment instead on spending hundreds of dollars on gym flooring
