This is good for unclogging toilets. It works well and doesn’t fall apart.

Usually when you get in the store, the plungers are not very soft and unable to really plunge this one. Is hard rubber but soft enough to plunge properly? I bought three more

It feels weird for me to review this product, as I use it for a purpose other than it's intended use, so take that into consideration when you read this review I hand wash my delicates and sweaters in a bucket and use a plunger to agitate the clothes and push them through the water in the bucket My previous plunger was very good quality and lasted 30ish years. I bought this plunger because the picture of it shows that it has the same grooves on it that my previous plunger had. The item I received was smooth shiny rubber without the grooves. I don't think that would matter if you're using it for its intended purpose of plunging drains, but it collapses too easily to use for washing clothes It has a toxic label to warn that it causes cancer and reproductive harm. Again, if you're using it for its intended purpose, I doubt that would matter, but I hesitate to wash my clothes with it, long term One way that this item is superior to my previous plunger is that the flange on it comes out easily and stays open on its own. It makes rinsing and cleaning the inside of it much easier and better. I also think that would help it unclog drains better, although personally I prefer an accordion type plunger to unclog drains The 18 inch wood handle seems strong and appears to be untreated in any way. I got a splinter from it, but a quick sanding should fix that pretty easily Anyway, I'm not sure if anyone else would use it for the same purpose that I do, but I hope my review helps describe it well enough for anyone to help decide if this is the right item for you

The price was good, however, the quality of the the handle is not.

This plunger is heavy duty as indicated. The rubber is nice and thick with a sturdy wooden handle. Works great with a lot more suction power than a light duty plunger. 5 stars.

It does exactly what you expect it to do. Simple old fashion never fail plunger. Would buy it again.
