Anyone who needs a device to help wipe/clean themselves has probably had a time when they weren’t home & needed to take a moment with toilet issues. If my body isn’t cooperating to allow me to take care of business before I leave home, I worry and have even taken Imodium AD to slow down my functions. I’ve used a similar device at home for years & just discovered this portable one that works great, especially with the fact that I bought a case on Amazon for privacy. I also bought an inexpensive purse (again Amazon)that’s long (14in) and fits the case perfectly so no one’s aware of my needs. So for less than $100 I’ve solved a very challenging problem w/the help of products from Amazon. Thanks to Juvo company for the healthcare needs & Kattee Co. for the purse.

Worked very well after major back surgery . Was able to help myself in the hospital.

I like this product better than the others. It's easier to use. The only problem is they do not last more than a year. The piece inside that holds it closed breaks easily. I have to replace it just about every year.

... is waiting patiently to be needed with zero judgment. One caution: if you are ordering it for a person who's recovering from surgery or an elder who's struggling, let them know first. This kind of thing is SO handy, but SO embarrassing ... just go easy and let them feel grateful later.

...it broke, sort of. It technically still works, however it doesn't lock when clipping paper or wipes. You have to hold to trigger while using it. I bought a second one and it broke first after only 3/4 months. So, buyer beware. Don't know if it's just flawed or what happened.

I bought the “regular” sized version of this since I had a rotator cuff tear and it worked perfectly. I bought this same brand in hopes that I could carry it in my purse when I’m out and about. This one, when put together, is only 1” shorter than the original, it is very long. Before you snap it together it is quite large, doesn’t have a travel bag or box. Then, once you snap it together, it’s almost impossible to separate, especially if you’re having to do things one handed. The original is a life saver, this one, not so much.

My mom injured her back and has been having trouble using the restroom like she used to, without help or a bidet. She has had to race home on her lunch break to use the restroom or clean up and so I get her this tool. She says it's completely changed her life and given her back her dignity. So I bought the one for home, the travel one, and the travel shell/box to go with it. She said it's been the best gift she's gotten in years and she doesn't have words for how grateful she is. Really wanted these aides to work, but the tissue really isn’t easy to get off. Tried two different types for stroke survivor, but it really didn’t work. Also, how do they wipe the back and take tissue off clean if they have moved their bowels? Especially if the tissue doesn’t release on its own. GREAT CONCEPT…. Just waste of my money. Threw both away after trying several times to make it work.
