Carex Soft Grip Cane, Metallic Blue

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first cane. I just turned 41 and have started to show early signs of spinal arthritis (lumbar). A cane really helps take the strain off. This one I bought to use while I wait for my custom oak one to arrive from Ukraine (Asterom brand. Great people to work with if you're shopping around). And I like it a LOT more than the offset handle loaner I was using before it arrived.This cane - it's AWESOME. Especially for the price. Feels really solid and sturdy, but super lightweight. For reference I'm 5'10", 200 lbs on a good day. I keep it adjusted to the middle of it's height range, so should cover most people's needs, no matter how tall. I've been using it for about a week and it's been a real joy.The color is nice. It's different than the stock photos, but I like it better in person. I'd seen others mention this and liked it in the photos they shared. It reminds me of the paint on my '91 Cadillac (light metallic sapphire), but a few shades deeper.The only concern I have with this cane is not very significant and not very specific to this product - I don't usually buy things with this rubberized type of grip because I find it doesn't age well and just ends up sticky after a while. Since the alternative in this case had a poorly finished shellacked wood handle, I decided to go with the soft touch. It's really comfortable, so we'll see how it holds up.Anyways, get the cane. You probably won't regret it.

El bastón es confortable al agarre, de excelente longitud ajustable (soy alto), ligero y suficientemente resistente. Lo uso diariamente y estoy mus satisfecho con él.

Blue cane looks good and helps you keep balance while walking. Secure rubber foot works on varied terrains. Handle design is comfortable and secure.

Excelente bastón, cómodo, práctico, muy buena calidad, hasta elegante se ve, la empuñadura cómoda, la altura se ajusta perfectamente en mi caso 190 CMS y aún quedan un par de espacios para extender a más altura. Lo único deseable una marca de dónde está el tope en el tubo y los orificios para no estar buscando. Excelente compra!

I bought it during a sale. It's everything I expected. Light weight, adjustable, and strong. Good cane!
