This is such a cute hobbit house. I love it!

Don't waste your money on this, it is poorly made, paper thin, will even crumble at the touch. The door was already broken off when it arrived and it was plain to tell that it wasn't due to shipping.

I was really hoping to enjoy this little Hobbit House in my garden, but was greatly disappointed and had to return it. The wall material is quite fragile, sort of an egg shell/shale material. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if it had not arrived with the window/wall to the right of the door and one of the back corners broken, with only one small chip left clattering loose inside; not sure where the rest of the pieces went. In addition, the door didn't close properly - its hinge appeared cheap, ill-fitting; and the colors weren't as vibrant as the product image portrayed.

The appearance matched the picture. I'd give it a 5 but the hinge to the door is practically falling off and stripped

Arrived broken, and then the price increased about an extra $10, if I wanted one that was not smashed.

House is adorable. However the Packaging left a lot to be desired. Arrived with corner broken

I didn't find the walls thin, like some other reviewers. But, the door came completely broken off with the hinge broken... so I had to send it back.
