Does not come with specialty screwdriver need to install battery
The instructions state " to install the battery, simply unscrew the screw with the screwdriver. THE screwdriver implies that one is supplied. It was not. The screw is tiny, and it is not a phillips or straight head. It is a hex or a star shape, the best I could tell. I will be sending the item back if I cannot get the screwdriver as the product will be useless to me. I will change rating if I get the screwdriver. I am leaving the country on Jan 7 and need to check the weight of my bags before then

Convenient form factor
The scales are very convenient to take with you just in case because of lack of metal hook, but:ordered grey item but got white oneCR2032 is required but not included, and philips screw seem s to be overtightened not not easy to unscrew (I always prefer hex or torch), but it is not a big problem as some reviewers state
