Soft, pretty, strong Velcro attachment, but
This thing was very pretty, very comfy I would imagine, the velcro is quite good and well placed. I have no idea where it is. On the third day the cat showed up naked as a jaybird. I couldn't, I would not have thought it was possible. Cats, eh? I would recommend it, for anyone but my cat who is a stubborn muscular annoying sweetheart. By the way, my cats don't really wear any collars, so she would not have been used to having anything around her neck. Not the product's fault.

Soft collar does it’s job
My cat had a mass removal done on his face. The collar we were using was too rigid and wasn’t comfortable to him. He literally was wandering all night long.I overnighted this collar once I saw someone’s review that stated it helped keep their pet from scratching their face. It arrived on-time.My kitty was instantly more comfortable and was finally able to sleep while wearing this collar. It also prevented him from scratching his face. It is flexible and soft. It does absorb water, so it is helpful to take it off when he is drinking. But otherwise, he can eat, drink and use the litter box while wearing it.The only complaint I have is that when he scratches at it, it has begun to fray the fibers of the collar. So we may not be able to use it again after he gets his stitches removed.

Easy to use but...
I love the collar it did what I needed it to do but the side with the Velcro spins to the bottom and makes eating and drinking very difficult. There was a lot of dunking into water bowls.

Good option if you don't like cones so your cat can eat & drink water
I really like this one and so does my cat!I bought all kinds before... an inflatable cone, plastic cones, cloth, and have one from the vet. None of them he could eat or drink properly with the exception of the inflatable but he popped it somehow unfortunately. I cut his vet cone but he can take it off if I let him roam and knocks his bowls. He would not let me put the cloth one.He knows how to get every cone off as well... He is very long, tall, knows how to maneuver his body, aggressive cleaner so not many cones can block his tongue from his lower area no matter what I use. I am using this because he has 2 abdominal incisions unrelated to neuter. One near his under leg and one right on his lower belly.I like this one because:1. He can eat and drink great!2. Velcro helps keep in place. (Helps fight him when trying to take it off)3. It's soft and not rough around his neck.4. It doesn't knock him or get stuck in different places around the house.5. Decent size. What I think could help:1. Wish they had a longer option for tall cats.2. Wish it could be a little more reinforced because when he bends his body he can bend this as well and he pushes it with his head to reach.Overall I will keep using this one, he seems to like it and I like how he can walk properly and eat and use the litter well like his inflatable. I'm using other things too because he can still get to those incisions, one on his belly right near the leg and one right on his lower belly. I'm using a body suit. (In the pic you can only see his shirt and the cone) body suit it under.

Didn't work for my cat, but was the most comfortable
My cat could get out of this e collar in seconds, but when she was too tired to try to get it off it did allow her to lie her head down. Seemed the most comfortable to wear (of the 4 different e collars I tried) while eating, drinking, and sleeping. Sadly, my cat wouldn't wear it for any length of time.

Perfect
so much better than the hard plastic the Vet sent me home with.

It works!
Adorable and does the job. If you purchase it and it comes vacuum sealed like mine did, just pop it in the washing machine and it will "revive" it. Air dry only, it will warp a little if dried in dryer. I'm a certified Veterinary Technician and fit e-collars regularly. I would recommend the 7-9 inch size as the best fit for the average cat neck. I got the next size up and the velcro has to be fitted all the way to the edge, and a clam clip is applied to avoid my cat from undoing while unattended. He is able to lick his tail, so not good for tail surgeries or neuters.

It’s too big for my cat
It is too loose for my cat and she managed to put her paw through it!

Too soft...
I have a cat with a skin problem and this was an alternative to a normal plastic cone. Unfortunately it is too soft and she can still reach and scratch...

a little too big for a cat
Cat keeps catching her front paws on it.It keeps her from licking the wound and allows her to see where she is going. She can also eat her food which is a plus compared to most collars

Good except Velcro tab
Really good for my dog who had operation but Velcro tab kept coming away after few days of her wearing it

write up looked good unfortunately does not do what says it can - cat can bend round it too easily and it does not protect against licking.

Not for me but a brilliant idea
My cat is like Houdini and wouldn't keep it on, but would work for a calmer cat!
