Loose screws....Great overall product...
I received this product ontime/early actually, without a hitch. It is the Cisco switch that we have grown to love over the years, and the OS was update and ready to go, no previous owner information remained. The only reason for the 3 rating, was that 5 of the screws holding the main board to the chassis were completely unscrewed inside the case and just flopping around inside. It was pure luck that nothing was damaged in shipping and that it even booted up. I opened the case, put all the screws back where they should have been, turned on the power, and all was good. Again, it is a great product, shipping arrival was great, I am just dinging it for the loose screws!
