Giving 3 stars because it does work far as helping with PH Balance and overall digestion but it was making my pee soo dark and had a horrible strong smell like an UTI (wasn’t a uti) it smelled like a chemical and ammonia smell so I had to stop taking it

Llevo 2 veces comprándolas y todas las veces me a quitado mi malestar es súper difícil el poder quitar infecciones y ya no quería tomar tratamiento, tomaba y volvían hasta que me informe de estas pastillas y santo remedio!!! Gracias chicas!!!

The product has long expiry date. The tiny pearl is easy to swallow and works for me. I just hope seller improves on the packaging.
