Dermaharmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Liquid Cleanser (non-soap) Wash (4 Fl Oz Bottle)

I have use it every 2 days for the past 2 weeks, i have had a crazy dandruff for the past 3 years, enough to make me stop working out as often because of the itch and hair has been falling like crazy, enough to notice my scalp on top of my head, i use this on my hair with castile soap, i squeeze enough castile soap for my hair, then i add this product on top of it, mix it up with my hands and then immediately massage on my hair, i not longer have dead skin flakes like before, i dont wake up to crazy white flakes on my bed, i noticed my scalp still itches, im hoping this will at least give my scalp a break so it can regenerate and regrow hair, this product is something i would recommend so far as i have tried literally everything else and nothing has worked, i dont wish this to anyone, hope this product helpts you too. UPDATE:11•22•2025::This stuff still rocks, thank Father in heaven for having this product recommended to me, i barely have itch, mostly when i eat bad and only noticeable when i workout because of the heat, but i eat clean most of the time(something that wasn’t getting rid of dandruff back in the day) and using this mixed with castille soup every 2 days now, religiously every single week, and when i dont use this means i dont wash my scalp at all even tho i shower every day, sometimes when i eat bad i use this 2 times in a row and then fix my diet again, this product is beyond, i would definitely stuff my wardrobe with a lifetime supply of this just so i never run out of lol i am never going to go back to not being able to sleep nor workout because of the crazy itchy scalp no no no!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazing for fungal acne (malessezia) and dandruff. I use it once a day mixed with another face wash and let it sit on my skin for a few minutes before washing it off. I also mix it into my shampoo to prevent dandruff. Just be mindful that it is strong and can irritate dry patches of skin. I just use it around my dry skin patches and have no problem. It foams up a little, and has a zinc smell, which is fine. I will be purchasing for life bc it is stronger than other zinc products YET doesn’t have any acne triggering ingredients. I was worried about the tea tree oil at first, but it actually helps my regular acne and fungal acne even more.

Wonder product! Cheap, effective. I must say it is not a miracle ( I have scalp psoriasis - thick dry inflamed patches. It is itchy and painful) my problem did not go away BUT this amazing lotion/soap makes it manageable, it is not read and inflamed anymore or itchy. It soothes well. Use it regularly as the second wash and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Use your conditioner or hair mask after. It even makes my hair length look healthier! Great aid!!!

This 2% Pyrithione Zinc face wash seems to be working well. I've been using it for about 7 weeks. The "trick" is you have to SHAKE THE BOTTLE before using it. If you don't, you may only get a clear, watery liquid. Once shaken, the bottle will discharge a white liquid, still somewhat watery, but it'll have a different consistency than the clear liquid. In washing my face with this white liquid, I began noticing a drying effect, and a very mild stinging -- the zinc obviously working. Try to keep the white liquid from your eyes, as the zinc will definitely sting them. How effective is this face wash? It's too early to tell. I'm trying to affect a few Seborrheic Keratosis that have appeared at my hairline. It's a gamble, but I'm willing to try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Works well, still using. Wish it would last longer on my scalp and liquid in the bottles, it's pretty runny but overall,pretty pleased.

It works. I dunno why they added tea tree oil. It’s not a smell I fancy. No bad chemicals or microplastics. Wish there was a bigger size.

It didn’t help my sebhorreic psoriasis, it stung my face and worsened the redness.

it help a lot with dry scalp
