We LOVE this dispenser. We used it for a hot coco bar and since it has a large capacity, it was so nice to not need to refill it!

This has a simple 90 degree twist and does not keep liquid from spilling out nor does it keep the product hot or cold inside.It is a poor design and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially for the price they are asking.If you have a beverage that you don’t want to keep hot then by all means, but again it does not seal nor prevent liquid from spilling out.

I bought this product in October and have only used it three or four times... Now I'm not sure where to get a replacement nozzle... worked decently until it broke...

I like the product but based on my measurement they only hold about 2.25 gallons versus 3.
