In 1993 TY introduced the first 12 of what soon became a very popular series know as "The Attic Treasures Collection". The designs for the original 12 were attributed to Linda Harris, Ruth Fraser and TY Warner. Starting in 1994 Nola Hart's designs began appearing. Each is handmade, has fully jointed arms and legs and is posable. They vary in size from 6 inch Wollie Gold to the 20 inch Heather and are known for their high quality. Attic Treasures are made of textured fur and sport accessories that range from a single ribbon to a bow, hat, dress, vest, sweater, jumper, overalls, or combination of more than one. The clothing is often detailed with buttons, appliques or other accents, though later there were removed for child safety reasons.
