Ghostly Defenses

I have read three of Ms. Mayhan's books, and have been consistently impressed by her engaging literary style. I have found that with each book, I read it cover to cover in one sitting. For this particular book, even though some of the information given was not new to me (as an avid reader of all that is paranormal/ metaphysical, etc....), I found that the manner in which it was disseminated was very pertinent and useful. As a sensitive who has investigated some of the locations described in her other books, I often wondered why I seemed to be the only one taking precautions, and protecting myself before/ clearing myself after investigations. It seemed foolish to go into these locations without doing so, and I always recommend that investigators look after their psychic and spiritual hygiene. This book is a great resource to those wondering how to begin this process.

A must read to get a handle on protecting yourself from negative energies and paranormal environments. Well written and easy to understand. :-)

If you are into the paranormal, Ghostly Defense's is a must read book. It is very informative and explains everything in great detail. It tells you how to protect yourself from bringing ghosts and spirits home with you. This book explains a lot about investigating and how to protect yourself. This is a definite must read.

I was lead to this book from a true story compilation in which this author submitted an experience. Then, this one lead me to her other books, such as the soul collector. Reads like a conversation with a good friend
