Hello, each Dental Stick contains around 100 calories so they shouldn't be causing weight gain unless the total daily calories that your dog is eating exceeds their required amount. These are a complementary food and should not replace a healthy complete diet, however, you can reduce the calories from your dog's food slightly to allow for treats such as dental sticks throughout the day. Treats should not make up more than 10% of your dog's daily calories.
