I used this for the first time last night. Works great, Granted you will get a workout using it but the results are worth it. It's so much easier to use this than being on your hands and knees pulling weeds one at a time. The mulch in my garden was packed down and a ton of tiny weeds coming up after recent rainy days. Just place it on ground,apply pressure and move back and forth. It does a great job. My garden looks so much better, no weeds & fluffy mulch.

Work great for me I saw where the guy said they bend....man you gotta really be pushing on it to do that I just go easy and use it to weed through rocks. So I guess if you are going through soil that is different but it feel pretty sturdy to me love the long handle.

ADVICE: For more solid dirt first wet it with a hose, give it a little bit to soak in and then use a rake/hand rake to loosen the soil before using this for best results 👍This thing is a total game changer (see my video review) for us, the weeds at our house absolutely will NOT die and pulling them by hand isn't remotely a feasible option because there are SO MANY. I have multiple neck and spine injuries/disabilities so I was looking for a solid solution that would also not kill me in the process. As shown in my video review I do like this one because it digs deeper into the ground than the other one I have so it can slice those deep roots nicely. You do sometimes have to use quite a bit of force to really get it into the ground as you go deeper since the soil is more compacted so I do prefer using this on the shortest length so I can put more momentum behind it.

I really like the action hoe. It's the first one I've had in my garden toolbox, and I regret not buying it sooner. I weeded/fluffed the mulch in my front yard in about a third of the time it would have taken with my regular tools.I put down some preen before using this hoe, and I hope the preen helps keep future weeds at bay.Tool seems durable and functional. I recommend it.

This made weeding the gravel around my raised beds so much easier. I’m 5’9” and the handle could be a little longer, but was still comfortable enough.

Poorly designed hollow metal handle. I presume this will bend/fail with use.

I've been using this hoe extensively for a week. This tool allowed me to easily and quickly pull up MANY shallow and deeply rooted weeds. It also worked well to remove centipede grass and various roots with little force.

You're will have to buy separate washers and bolts because the ones provided don't tighten. I used 7 or 8 washers per screw.The material is lightweight and flimsy, don't anticipate it having a long useful life.
