I recommend that though everybody is different so it is not up to me to primis that would work equally to everyone... but it is safe for my kid and me.

The pandemic has really taken a toll on my eating habits and I have been in a lot of indigestion pain and have been struggling with GERD. I have been using Silver Fern probiotics every day since 2017. Last month I purchased two more bottles and the pills in both bottles are very different- very yellow with a very strong, musty stale odor. I contacted Silver Fern because I was sure they had gone bad/may have been improperly stored before getting to me. Silver Fern responded by telling me they are using a new manufacturer and they have a new color/new smell and are fine. I responded and told them that since they changed their product from what I was used to after 7 years, I would like to return the probiotics for a refund. They never even responded to my email. I am saddened I can no longer use these probiotics; the smell is absolutely atrocious. I have no confidence in this product. I had to throw $99 of pills right into the trash. I am horrified by their poor customer service - how rude not to respond after I have purchased their products for years. Please know that Silver Fern does not care about customer satisfaction at all. I hope I save others from throwing away money like I did!

I only use one pill they recommend more pills at night and it does the job

I have been ordering these capsules for well over a year. The capsules have always had a light ( almost white) powder in them. I just opened a new bottle and they have a beige colored powder in them. The powder is all the same color. No spots. I always order the two pack so I opened the second bottle and it was the same as the first one I opened. Just needing to know what is going on with these capsule now. Why no tamper resistant seal under the cap? They DID have the tamper resistant plastic seal on the outside but it just didn’t seem right. I’m concerned.
