I have been using Chastberry for over a year now. It's greatly benefited me in more ways than one! I mix it in with my morning coffee, I don't taste it at all.

Use it for perimenopausal symptoms. Drink as a tea additive along with ashwaghanda and black cohosh.

The taste and smell of chasteberry are barely noticeable, which is a good thing because when you take things in powders you tends to get more taste than you would like.It is difficult to know the exact effect of this chasteberry supplement because I take it in combination with other supplement powders. It would be difficult to determine which results belong to which supplements. However, I can say that since I have started taking it, the most noticeable thing has been an increased appetite. While it certainly was more enjoyable to have an appetite and the motivation to eat (makes eating more enjoyable), it has resulted in a bit of weight gain. I reduced the dosage of this and the other suspected supplements, and my appetite returned to normal. The other supplements I began taking at the same time include fenugreek and saw palmetto, with the goal of feminization or at least increase hair growth on my scalp. I will update this review at a later date these results become evident. Although I am happy to receive the numerous other benefits listed on many medical information sites.Ever since discovering BulkSupplements, I buy all my supplements here if it is available. The cost is so much more reasonable. I got so much more for my money and knowing that it is 100% pure means I don't have to try to figure out how much I'm actually getting for what I'm paying. Other supplement sources tend to combine it into blends and fillers and in my opinion that is only a means to dilute the product to inflate their profits. BulkSupplements powders always appear consistent quality, and uniform in color and texture. This gives me confidence in the quality of the source product.

Great buy

Flavor is very pleasant and a bag goes a long way, since the serving size is so low. I guess I have a hard time overall when taking powders instead of pills because it is just more burdensome to take so I forget it more easily. Also, I had veeeery long periods when I was taking it non stop so I decided to take a break to understand how better to phase in and out of this supplement. Regardless, it is a very good quality product.

My personal experience, this product did not provide me with the same effects as the concentrated liquid drops.

I was having periods with cramps that would last up to 3 weeks (a lot of spotting at the beginning and end). Plus, I had tons of persistent cramping for easily 2 weeks before the period would start. I think I'm entering menopause. I tried this supplement to see if it would help. After only taking for a few days, the cramps disappeared. When my period finally did start 1-2 weeks later, there was almost no cramping again. And, it only lasted about 5 days-- the length of a normal period. This stuff is awesome and way cheaper than other brands! I use a scale to weigh out about 250 mg. I put it into a tiny amount of water (2 sips worth) and swirl it around, then drink. I try to do this 3 times per day. I'm not always consistent about it because I have a lot of other major health issues taking up time (Lyme). But, as soon as I feel any symptoms starting, I immediately take this and they disappear. I finally have an appointment with an OBGYN to check this out, but I'm pretty sure they are going to say it's just menopause starting.

Chasteberry from Vitex agnus-castus berry's produces a bitter tasting brown powder, this product is a sweet pink powder. Definitely not Vitex agnus-castus. Did not see the previous negative review when I ordered it, otherwise I would not have purchased it.
