Solid bands, I take them everywhere with me

These are perfect for pull ups, made well and work well

I have used a variety of bands over the years, some I purchased and others at gyms or friends' houses. These are not the thin flat bands like others, so they have a sense of robustness to them and I don't worry they will break, which is something I think about when using it for more than physical therapy exercises. I was not quite sure what to do with the small black 'foot strap' so I ended up not using it and the instructions images are too small for my eyes to see, but that is minor overall.

I bought two sets of these bands about four months ago and have used them nearly everyday since. So far, so good. I'm using them for curls, tricep extensions, squats, good mornings, military press, shrugs, oblique twist, side bends, upright rows, calf raises and even leg extensions (you have to be creative), etc. I screwed anchors into my walls, so I don't use the door anchor, but it looks solid and I'd bring it with me if I traveled to a hotel. I can't say they are better or worse than other bands. I do have to use two bands at the same time with some exercises to get high enough resistance for a low rep set, but I'm sure it would be the same with other bands. There isn't enough resistance for a low rep set of squats (I got additional 3.5 inch bands for that), but these are enough to max out my upper body and for high rep core work and leg work.

Love these! Used them for upper body day the first day after I got them to help me do assisted pull-ups and dips since my gym doesn’t have an assisted machine and their bands are always busted… Having to use the two biggest bands just to pull myself up crushed my soul a little but, hey! At least they helped me get some reps in! Definitely worth the purchase! Also! I like how these are rubberbanded so they don’t get tangled and the grey set makes me feel like a bad@$$ even though I can’t even pull my own weight…lol

These bands are good quality and there are enough included so that you can find the appropriate resistance for your activity. I prefer bands over weights, although I have plenty of both. In fact, I recently took two of these, along with one from another brand that requires handles, on a vacation to the Caribbean and I was able to get a great workout in on the veranda of our room while listening to the tropical birds and the palm tree's swaying in the wind.

I love these bands, I use the thinner ones for pull up assistance and the thicker ones for glute activation. so many other uses as well! Love that they came in a bag. And they’re all neutral colours so they never clash with my outfit at the gym.

For the price, cant complain. I've tested it, pulled it, used my body weight on it, does not snap - very sturdy and good quality product
