I am almost done with the bottle and honestly not sure if it's helping me or not. I still have restless sleep and still find it to go to sleep and go back to sleep. I know this is supposed to help me relax and destress but I am not sure if its just my situation coz my kids and pets constantly wakes me up so my body is so use to not having enough sleep at night or this is just not working. I honestly feel like I relax more with lavender oil and or rosemary oil than using this so makes me wonder why I should spend that much.the pill is very easy to swallow, no weird smell and doesn't upset my tummy but other than that I see no benefit on my part. maybe it is just me and my lifestyle.

I have been taking this Cortisol Balance for about a month, but haven't noticed anything really. I haven't seen much more of a relaxation effect or anything. Maybe, it takes longer. Who knows. I will give it the benefit of the doubt in review stars. It is a little too expensive for me to feel like getting another bottle though, without feeling some kind of effect from the first one.

The bottle is well sealed and the ingredients that I'm aware have been suggested to me as possibly being beneficial to my cortisol balance. I suffer from insomnia and anytime my cortisol levels are checked my cortisol has indicated as high. I think this is helping me so far, I have had restful sleep since I've been taking the capsules.

I have been using things like this to lower my cortisol for a while. This is one of the more expensive ones I have come across and one of the lower dosage ones. Very small amount of ahswagandha - I take about 2,000 mg of this per day right now while stress is high. As is, this dose doesn't help like I need it to right now. If my stress was lower it might have more of an impact on me.

It has been 5 weeks since I started taking Cortisol Balance on a daily basis. To date, there has been no improvement in terms of the effects of daily stress, I am not sleeping better, and I am just as anxious as usual. I had high hopes for Cortisol Balance, but so far there is nothing positive to share in this review. If I suddenly notice a change within the next few weeks before my bottle of Cortisol Balance runs out, I will be sure to update this review.Every person is different. What doesn't work for me might work for the next person. I will not purchase another bottle after the capsules in my current bottle run out. This product did not work as described for me.

The media could not be loaded.  If you’re looking for an all natural way to relax and decompress, this stuff is a great solution. I noticed I get a more restful sleep if I take it closer to bedtime.

With a suggested daily dosage cost of at least $2.13 (at time of writing), I believe I’m going to have find other ways to reduce stress levels. If this formulation changes that belief through dramatic results, I’ll come back and upwardly revise my review.
