My 6 year old grandson was bitten by a dog. He had a horrible scar between his eyebrows, another under his eye and yet another on his cheek bone. The scars "were" noticeably stiff and red. Do we use this while there is a scab or after it falls off?

This product is for external use do not use when there's a scab

Box says “do not use with animal bites”. Does that mean until the wound heals or not use it on that type of scar all?

Put it on my son but showing purple on his skin. Should I wipe it off in the morning?

Initially applying to the site will cause it to look purple but as you rub it in it should clear. If it is still purple after rubbing then that means you have added too much. There is no need to wipe it off in the morning.

Scars are better but didn't use it as recommended so who knows if works/placebo, but probably just massaging the area helps itself so not worth it to me.
