I have tried different products sine my dog is having medical issues an he urinates around pee pads and only in the kitchen. The other products seem to only work for carpets even though they say anywhere. So I saw this an figured I’d try it. Day I got it he peed in the kitchen. So I flipped the pee pad over so I could absorb the mess. Then I sprayed this and turned on the ceiling fan to help air dry it. Half hour later it was like it never happened and it smelled great. I hope his issues get fixed but until it does I’ll use this. This worked the best and cost less than the others I tried.

This product works very well, but it did not come with its own sprayer so I had to find one that fit the bottle which was a little inconvenient.

It just ok. It didn’t neutralize pet urine odors as I hoped. Repeated the application 5-6 times and let it sit as directed. The odor remained. It would have been a good value if it worked. You get what you pay for I guess.

I like je this odor remover because it does the job; it doesn't mask odors with a strong scent.

The package looked fine from the outside I picked it up and it was wet, the lid was broken and the liquid was spilled inside the bag, and no spray nozzle.

Just wish it would work on the stain remaining from other products I have tried. Not giving up yet though. I will keep dosing to old ones.
