Better than expected
I needed a pair of more durable shoes after starting a manufacturing job in a warehouse. I do lots of standing and walking, working with power tools and heavy equipment, and I'm constantly covered in sawdust.I was leary about ordering something as specific as good-fitting footwear without trying them on, but I gave it a shot.I wear an 8 1/2, that's what I ordered and they are true to size. I have a bit of a wider foot, and these feel just fine. I didn't need any time to "break them in," they were comfortable right from the get-go. They are very solid and well-made. I did put Dr. Scholl's inserts in that I wore in my other shoes, so I can't speak for how they feel without any. However, I wore the same inserts in my previous shoes, and my feet still hurt at the end of the day. After a 10 hour day with these shoes, my feet feel fine. They look really nice on my feet, I'm kind of picky about how some shoes look fine off, but they look funky when I put them on. I highly recommend these, the price is good for what you're getting!

Great safety shoe!
I work in a warehouse and am required to wear safety shoes. I bought a pair of Puma steel toe shoes several years back and found them to be the most comfortable of all the safety shoes I've tried over the years. When I saw these I had to give them a try. I was NOT disappointed!!! There are so many safety shoes I cannot wear for long, if at all. After working on concrete floors for 8-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, for over 12 years....the kind of shoe you wear can make all the difference in being able to work without feet and back pain. These Puma feel as comfortable on my feet as if I was wearing my usual comfy sneakers. There is no waiting period of having to "break" them in before they're comfortable. They are light weight, not at all heavy like some steel toe shoes. They last much longee than other safety shoes I've tried (the last pair I bought before these, I've had for over 4 years!) And, they're pretty nice-looking shoes, no wide, bulbous toes that look like clown shoes like some safety shoes I've worn in the past.My only complaint is that SOMEtimes they may be a little narrow, but this should only be a problem for those with wide feet.I highly recommend these shoes! Pumas are now my go-to shoes when I'm in need of safety shoes. The price spent is well worth it, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Cute, but need modification to be comfy.
These are cute, comfortable, and lightweight.I did need to add additional thick insoles, though. Without the added cushion, one toe is smashed into a part of the shoe structure (maybe its just my foot shape?). With the insole this issue is unnoticeable. Also, one of the shoelace eyelets is on the part of the shoe that rests just on my inner ankle bone. The shoes are a snug fit, so even with socks the eyelet really digs into my foot. (Again, maybe my foot is weird shape?) I can fix this issue by sliding the tongue of the shoe between my ankle and the eyelet.Overall comfy, just small issues that be fixed with modification (or by just having a non wonky foot shape!)

Size down
I like them, I'll start with that. I've only worn them 3 times at work but dang they make my feet hurt bad so far. I hope that once they break in they won't be so bad. In their defense, I've been a SAHM for the last 5 years and I'm not used to wearing regular tennis shoes, let alone heavier than normal composite toe shoes lol. I expected to have sore feet for a bit. So far I've gotten 2 blisters (where the top lace eyes are on each foot), and my big toe on my right foot goes numb after about a half hour of wearing them. The toe box has generous wiggle room for the actual toes, but it doesn't flare out at all before it ends and regular shoe body begins, it just goes straight back into it (I hope that makes sense) and it rubs really bad on my big toe knuckle and my little toe. It hurts pretty bad and I'm having a hard time believing that part will ever be comfortable, I'll just get used to it eventually. The stitching along the tongue feels really large inside of the shoe, especially where it ends and the body of the shoe begins. The tongue also shifts a lot and usually ends up off to the side. Which is annoying. They have basically no arch support, I really need to get inserts. That little gel patch on the heel isn't noticeable in any way. For being so clunky, I'd expect them to have a lot more cushion. The sizing is off as well. I ordered a size 5 based off of previous reviews of my normal size, 6, and I feel the same as they did, you should definitely size down one. Like I said, plenty of wiggle room in the toes, my heels don't hurt, they fit as my normal 6s fit. They're not too small at all. They just have some uncomfortable pressure points. Idk, I think if I needed another pair for whatever reason, I'd go with a different brand. It was a let down for how pricey they are.

Buena calidad
