The Trampoline for Generations. The DoubleBounce Trampoline offers a dramatic improvement in safety and play performance over conventional trampolines. While not recommended, more than one child will inevitably end up on the trampoline at the same time. To help reduce the risk of injury and create an even softer landing, we’ve engineered the patented DoubleBounce Trampoline. The secondary jumping mat of this trampoline acts like a giant air pillow and creates a shock-absorbing zone that is 50% more forgiving than standard trampolines on the market.Trampolines should be a one-time purchase. We offer an exclusive lifetime warranty on all of the metal frame components. Our Permatron jumping mats come with 10 rows of stitching backed by a 5 year guarantee. We know that most frame pads fall apart quickly and end up being removed within the first three months of use. With this in mind, we use a reinforced 21 ounce PVC covering and have integrated secure connection points to the frame and enclosure. The enclosure systems is externally mounted, which provides dramatically more play space within the enclosure bay, almost 36% more area for the 14’ than an internally hung net. Our Fail-Safe enclosure contains high strength support straps with an externally wrapped net to prevent collapse. Having these backup systems in place is imperative for safety. This DoubleBounce trampoline includes 128 black high performance springs that stretch much further and return back at a smoother rate than common, stiff trampoline springs, thus delivering a higher, more comfortable bounce. Maximum single-user weight rating up to 250 lb in full configuration. (Real world testing to a combined weight of over 800 lb!) Recommended age: 6+*Purchase includes the following industry leading warranty – Steel Frame & Poles – Lifetime, Jumping Mat and Enclosure Net - 10 years, Springs – 5 years, Trampoline Pad – 2 years, All Other Components - 1 year

Love the trampoline
Love the trampoline. It is everything they say it is! FUN! and the safety factor is high. Very happy with product!! The instructions SUCK! I followed them to the letter. Alleyoop needs a tech report writer to reduce the instructions. The video on youtube helps but fails to explain how the frame install actually takes place. Happy with the Tramp! Very glade to be done with the install! took about 5 hours with 2 people.

King Kong could bounce on this trampoline!
This tramp is amazing. We are far from Petit and have broken all the rules for weight, #of people... Just keeps bouncing. Highest quality. Worth every penny.

Excellent trampoline. Best in class construction and safety
I want to start by saying this is an excellent trampoline. I'll explain why 4 stars and not 5 in a bit because many aspects of this product and the company are five stars if not all around best in class. However, there are some things that could be improved so after giving this much thought I'm going with four. If I could I'd do 4.5 to average different categories of the transaction but Amazon doesn't allow it. I'm very fair and objective with reviews (you can see my reviews and ratings). Their customer service is easily 5 stars, so I'd not hesitate to do business with AlleyOop.First off, this is a very heavy duty trampoline, probably the most sturdy one you can buy. It is nearly impossible if not impossible to tip over. It is also very likely the most safe and secure in a mixed lot of products. After much comparison and testing of this and Springfree I went with AlleyOop. Springfree makes an innovative and high quality product but it has a few major shortcomings, especially if you expect to have numerous kids around the trampoline. The serious injuries on trampolines linked to design are hitting the frame and going over the edge. The problem with Springfree trampoline is that the net doesn't stop you, it catches you. If a toddler is outside and someone goes over the edge they could be seriously injured. On AlleyOop trampolines the net is very sturdy and secure. You could do a dive and wedge your head into the corner and probably get quite a bump but that's better than going head first over the side into the head of another person or child after a 3 foot drop. The weight rating on this unit is best in class too. Granted, everyone says in their literature "one person at a time" but everyone knows trampolines attract groups of kids. If multiple kids went over the edge on the Springfree I highly doubt the system would work. I'm only adding this because most people buying this trampoline come down to those two choices and in my opinion the choice became easy after going over the edge on the Springfree. These are just high level comments of course to make a point. I've put quite a bit of thought into this though, so much so that I'll probably file a couple of patents on some obvious (or not so obvious oversights) on trampoline safety since occasionally I file them at work. The action on this trampoline is excellent if not superior to all other products. The frame construction is heavy duty, galvanized and powder coated. The net is well made. The warranty is probably the best in the industry. And as mentioned the customer service superior. I wish I didn't have to use it and while using it was a 5 star experience the reason for using it nicks a star.On assembly my unit had a few of the "t-post" leg pieces that were manufacturing defects. They were very visibly welded improperly. AlleyOop dealt with the problem immediately and actually overnighted new legs to me so that I could get the trampoline together in time for a birthday party which surprise, the trampoline was the birthday present. AlleyOop took this seriously and probably blew $100 on the overnight shipping. So really, this company is a class outfit, I'd say their service is 6 stars. Most companies would not do something like that so rest assured when the customer says jump they say "how high?" pardon the trampoline joke. But the question that begs to be asked is why does a product that is so superior to everything else on the market in every way have poor quality control? I'm a degreed engineer and a highly experienced mechanic and DIY kind of guy. Nothing slips by me during the assembly or construction of anything. I was a bit surprised to see 5 of like 8 legs have the same defect. I'd not hesitate to buy their products again because they fixed the problem but stuff like that just irritates me a bit. There are also some hardware pieces that could be a bit better and the assembly could be improved with a few design changes. Nothing major though. In fact, if you compare it to some of the garbage trampolines on Amazon there is no comparison.I'm nitpicking a bit of course but this is after all a $2000 trampoline. Not unlike the 3 German cars I own, I expect best in class to be across the board. But as almost anyone knows expensive German cars aren't all that great these days and have plenty of issues. The old adage, you get what you pay for doesn't always seem to apply in this day and age. AlleyOop comes close but they could dial things in a bit.But if you have the money don't let any of this stop you from buying it, this thing is awesome. Just inspect the pieces well and assemble it on flat ground so you can observe if it goes together well. Some final comments. If you have small kids buy a Gymnic Rody or two to use in the trampoline. You wont regret that. Bouncy on Bouncy, you see where that is going. This has a course grained but very heavy net. Some trampolines have fined grained nets. Pros and cons to each. On the course grained pattern you can catch a front tooth easily if you face plant it with your mouth open (probably from laughing or smiling due to the fun). Not common but people do lose teeth on nets. If you have multiple kids in a trampoline, not a bad idea to wear mouth pieces for a basketball game.Instead of the ladder you can use many other things that make it easier for small kids to get in and out. I used two tree rounds from a fallen tree to make huge steps up to the trampoline but you could use many things to make the transition easier. The very secure net poses a problem for 2-3 year olds (that's a good thing) but you can make it easier to get in and out than the ladder.SummaryAction: 5 starsConstruction: 5 starsQuality Control: 4 starsHardware: 4 starsEase of Assembly: 4 starsCustomer Service 5+++ starsFun Factor 10 stars

Ladder must be purchased separately
Great product. Very happy with purchase overall. We paid someone to assemble and it took about 2 hours. Didn't give it 5 stars because it doesn't come with a ladder; for the price it should come with a ladder.

... ours for about four years and it's still in great shape. It's the most expensive one out there
We've had ours for about four years and it's still in great shape. It's the most expensive one out there, but it really lasts.

It is awesome! I have a 6
This is our first trampoline. I bought it after reading TONS of reviews. It is awesome! I have a 6, 3, and 1 year old and they all love it! I love it because it is VERY sturdy and safe. The net is very sturdy and completely closes in a crisscross way so there is no way a kid could slip out. The pads are thick and fully cover the springs so well that I don't worry at all about the kids when they are jumping. It is expensive but it really was worth it. I jumped and it is a great bounce and my kids had to force me off! We are very very thrilled with this trampoline. It was very hard to assemble and took almost all day BUT we live in a small town so I had a guy who works for us put it together with his sons and brother in law and they have never put together a trampoline. That being said though, they are very handy which leads me to believe it isn't the easiest thing BUT worth it.

Outstanding trampoline; one minor hiccup
This is one serious, extremely high quality trampoline. Excellent double mats; very thick, strong legs and poles, outstanding springs and spring covers. I wanted to buy a 15', but had to settle with the only size available 14', which is fine. I decided on this one mainly because of the very high reviews here. While most people agree trampolines are very fun (YEESSS!!!), I bought this trampoline more for health reasons. This is one of the ways I try to keep fit (swimming being my main way.) I do jump roping on it! I am 63!!I have not yet installed the net because I accidentally threw away the foam pieces that were around the net poles. I thought they were just insulation in the packaging. I just got off the phone with the very nice customer support and they said that they have had some other customers do the same thing, so I told them that I was surprised that they did not have a warning inside the net pole box (there were many large boxes) that warns you not to throw the foam pieces away. That seems pretty obvious to me. They say the foam pieces are mentioned in the instructions. OK. But if someone is just unpacking the boxes and preparing all the parts for putting up the trampoline gradually over a period of time (weeks in my case) then it is not unreasonable that someone could toss the foam pieces before even getting to the manual and assembly. I always read manuals before I actually install anything. It would be so simple to just put a sheet of paper warning in the box. Owning my own business for 33 years, I go out of my way to avoid any confusion with my customers. Anyway, to their credit they only charged me 1/2 price ($30) for the 16 replacement foam pieces "to share the cost"), with no shipping charges, and arrive a couple of days from now. Fair enough.Be sure to watch the updated videos on their website before assembly. Wish I had!My trampoline is on a significant incline, so I dug 2 trenches for the higher 2 inverted U-shaped legs and sunk the highest 2 poles down almost to the lower net. (I tried digging manually without a trencher but was very hard (hard ground) and time consuming, so I broke down and rented a trencher. Glad I did. Fast and easy. I also dug out a hole underneath the trampoline, mostly near the higher part of the hill, so that you do not hit the ground while jumping. See photo, but not finished yet. I needed to raise the other side of the trampoline legs onto some big strong foundation-type concrete supports. This is really nice for 3 reasons: 1 - You can just walk right onto the trampoline where the legs have been lowered; no steps needed. 2 - The legs have been sunk so deep into the hard ground that the trampoline is perfectly stable. 3 - No need for the suggested anchors by customer support today (who says a trampoline can fly away "like a kite" in strong wind, even one as heavy as this one. With the dirt filled back into the trenches (next to do) on top of the legs ensures that this trampoline isn't going anywhere. I will stake down the concrete foundation support blocks on the other side also. After I get the net installed, (pretty involved, but good installation that I have read in the manual) I plan to put a canopy of some sort high above the trampoline to protect the trampoline from the fallings from the surrounding close pine trees (I really don't like cleaning a trampoline), and so that we can jump even when it is raining. This trampoline should last an extremely long time and I am happy enough with the total experience to rate it 5-stars, which it surely deserves. I hope this review is helpful, especially if your trampoline is on a slope.
