Its adjustable. I am xxl shirt size and about 255lbs and it fits me fine with room to expand it larger

does this fit really big peoplke or slightly skinny only?

I’m 6 ft 280 pounds. The strap that comes with it was a little “snug” on me. I did purchase the XL strap and it fits a lot more comfortable. But the one that comes with it wasn’t unbearable.

It's a adjustable belt so it should fit most adults. If your extremely petite or extremely large you may have trouble. I'm 260lbs and have plenty of slack if I needed it larger
