I was so hoping this would offer enough support for my neck, but it sinks down like all the rest of them. I doubt there is anything wrong with it. It seems very well made. I have a very difficult time finding a pillow that works for me.

This pillow comes with a bag of extra stuffing, but to begin it is a very hard pillow. You don’t need more.I sleep on my side and I loved how I was able to tuck my shoulder into the curve so that my neck is supported on the top of the pillow. I tried it on my side with my stomach down and it was comfortable for my head but not really my position.After a week of “trying” it I decided that it was too hard and the shape was beginning to look like my head was pushing the stuffing up. That was when I took out what I felt was excess stuffing. The pillow is still the same shape, and still hard. but it is not has high.It looks lumpy, but it’s not. It smooths out. It’s the same feel, but not as high.I am happy that I can adjust this pillow. I think it will last me a long time. If it gets flat I have stuffing I can add. It’s very practical.* I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me, and to aid you in your decision to buy or not buy.

I love that I can remove what I want for filling to get a custom fit pillow. It didn’t take 24 hrs for it to expand to size, about an hour or so. The pillow started to immediately expand after I removed the plastic wrap from it. While it was expanding I began to remove what I wanted for filling. I actually enjoyed taking out the clouds of silky soft filling. So much fun. Would love for this to my day job!!!Good quality filling and pillow case material. While I was taking care of the stuffing I washed the pillow case. The stuffing wasn’t smelly, just a regular foam smell that will go away in time. No biggie. Love I have extra filling for when it’s time to freshen the pillow up.When I tested the pillow to see if I needed to add stuffing back, I almost fell asleep! So comfortable and cozy. It will be the first time in months that I can actually have a good nights sleep! Will buy this pillow again for sure.

I was allergic to the foam and developed a dry cough for one week that stopped immediately after I stopped using the pillow. I don't know what to do to stop this

This pillow is honestly one of the best pillows I have ever had. Each time I lie my head on it I feel so relaxed I literally tell myself how lucky I am to have this pillow because had bought it as a Christmas present for my teenage son and had planned to return it. For the first time in years I do not have shoulder pain when I wake up. I even carry it with me when I visit family. You will thank yourself if you purchase this pillow.

It takes awhile to adjust to the firmness of the pillows. I think I'm finally getting used to them I bought a second set.
