It can be a part of a system that does all that and much more, but on its own it does not do anything. This is not a standalone device. This is just a part. It doesn't have power supply, it doesn't have memory to store data in it, it doesn't have wireless capability. All it does is generating signal that some other device has to process... I'm pretty sure you're looking for something else...

when this says 12M range, does this mean 12M on all sides, or 6m on either side?
