Works for us old people!!
As a senior citizen with arthritis in my hands, I got these to strengthen my grip. I do a couple sets of 10 squeezes spreading out the sets over the day. It's been almost month and I am noticing a difference. I can open most jars now.I like the fact that I can change the resistance when it begins to get easy.I leave them on the coffee table and its so easy to just pick them up and do 10 squeezes as I walk by, watch tv etc,.Soon I'll be the one called to open the jar for the old person!!

It has helped my strength in hands and arms. I recently broke both arms/wrists and this has worked. It was cheap money but good quality.

It was good… but
It broke after 60 days. I understand thatprice = quality relationship. Not sure what could affect this handgrip, either twisting pressure like a toy (cause it is, for men) or my usage style. Any case it has to be treated gently, or get a better quality
