Magnets are great... but these shrink!
This shrinks. The magnets are by far the easiest/best closure system for our newborn's clothes, so I'd love to give it 5 stars. However, it shrinks a lot, and, as other reviewers have noted, it runs small, so I think this is only a 3 star item. The product description is that it saves time for parents, and the magnets do save time, but if you buy a minimum $25 onesie for your baby, you should be able to wash it as easily as possible without any shrinkage. (The tag says to line dry, but what parent, who values the magnets for saving time, then has time to line dry certain onesies??) I washed ours (we have two; they both shrank) in cold water, and machine dried them with all our other laundry. I thought maaaaybe our baby grew a lot, but after I told a friend how convenient the magnets were, she very kindly bought us two, so now I can compare, and therefore I can see that they did indeed shrink.

Potential fire hazard in drier?
Loved the idea of magnets and the designs are super cute. Unfortunately, the magnets also get attracted to the metal in the drier and the pajama got crisp and burned since they were not tumbling with the rest of the load. The description says to dry with a full lod, which we did but still burned the pajamas. They looked pretty crisp and I wondered if they could have started a fire too.

Non-Stretchy Material
As with all magnetic me onesies (in my experience), the size charts are way off. My 4.5 month old (18 lbs) just outgrew his 0-3 month magnetic mes, so I ordered this one in the next size up (3-6 months). The size on this one looks right for him, but I’m disappointed in the material! The main selling point (for me) of the magnetic me onesies is their ultra-soft, stretchy material. This print comes in a totally different material than the other 4 magnetic me onesies I own! The material is much thicker (which some might think is good?), and it has very little stretch. Based on that, I can’t justify the price tag for this one, so I’m sending it back. If you’re looking for the soft and stretchy material that magnetic me is known for, I suggest purchasing a different print. And either way, make sure you size down based on weight.

New moms take note
When I first learned I was pregnant I bought all kinds of cute pajamas with snaps. Little did I know that undoing snaps at 2 AM when you are sleep deprived is less than desirable. My sister, an experienced mom, bought me my first pair of magnetic me onsies and I have become obsessed! The material is butter soft, the magnets are high quality and it makes changing a baby so much easier! Especially when they are extra wiggly or fussy. I purchased this one for a friend that is a mom-to-be and she was so excited when it arrived! Mommas or mommas to be, do yourself a favor and add this to your baby’s wardrobe!

Bummer
We were given one of these sleepers as a gift and LOVED it, so we ordered another! Unfortunately the style has changed -- originally the opening went all the way down the front and down one leg for easy in-and-out with your little one. But now both legs are sewn shut, so it's much harder to use and makes for a fussy baby! Please go back to the old design. We're bummed that we spent $30 on this.

Rusty magnets
I have another sleeper and a bib by this brand that we love love love. However, this one I'm wondering if it's counterfeit. Because the quality is far inferior. The fabric is lower quality than the other sleeper I have. And the magnets on this one started rusting (and one of them is exposed instead of sewn into the fabric -- I am not sure how this even happened. (!??)

New Parent Life Hack
I learned about these from another first time parent. She informed me that middle of the night changes would be made so much less insanity-inducing with the addition of these in our life. This is not an inexpensive onesie! If you can find on sale, definitely do. However, if you can afford to buy two or three of them and keep them in an easy nightly rotation, I think they’re so worth it — they make changing an absolute breeze.I’ve not tried the other material but find the cotton to be soft and very nicely made. So far our 10 week old can *just* fit into the new born size and has room to grow in the 0-3 month size. He is 11lbs but long for his age.I already ordered 2 more for size 3-6 months bc I can’t imagine living without the option of this quick change convenience.

Magnets stop halfway
I was dissapointed that the magnets do not go all the way down the leg on the 9 mos size. This is not shown in the photo. Cute concept but unless the magnets are on the leg it really doesn't help expedite diaper changes :(
