Solid Starter/Casual Gaming Mouse for Cheap
UPDATE: After 2 hours of use this mouse started causing my CPU, GPU, and Harddrive usage to spike to 100% every 10-15 seconds. Confirmed it was this mouse by changing USB ports a couple of times and switching back to my old mouse, which IMMEDIATELY caused the issue to stop. Not sure if it's an electrical short or something more nefarious, but it made games unplayable and caused some crashes. It's a shame because the mouse itself is REALLY nice. Smooth tracking, good weight, no skips... it just breaks the game :\Initial impressions review:Feels solid. Plastic design but a heavy metal baseplate makes it feel good in your hand. It's rather large and may be uncomfortable for someone with smaller hands. Scroll wheel feels substantial and has a good grip to it. Buttons have a satisfying click. Thumbrest is nice for right hand use. This would be unusable for a lefty.Looks great. Logo stamp is crooked and the LED isn't quite powerful enough to illuminate the strip in the mousewheel very well, but I'm using it under bright office fluorescent lights. The mouse itself looks sharp. Metallic red buttons on a gunmetal grey body, bright steel mousewheel and plenty of gaps for the LED to shine through. BRIGHT orange (think hunter's vest orange) braided cable that's only about 36" long. I'd like to see a longer cord on a mouse, but that's a minor complaintFunctions are a bit odd. The diagram in the images isn't quite accurate. The DPI- button in the diagram is actually the only DPI button, and it just cycles through the 4 DPI options. The DPI+ button cycles through the various LED options. The "Boss" key is just a dedicated double-click button and is very hard to reach even with my larger hands. I have to rotate my whole hand clockwise on the mouse to be able to comfortably reach it, at which point the thumb rest is completely useless and the side buttons become awkward to reach. All in all a solid inexpensive gaming mouse. Heavier than average but with good options for DPI settings, a solid design, good buttons and a premium scrollwheel.

Very cool design gaming mouse
Very cool design gaming mouse! The buttons on the mouse are easy to be set up. I use it for playing computer game League of Legends, it works very well.

Lasted less than a year
Pros:Was a cheap 5-button laser gaming mouse with a solid aluminum bottom plateCons:Failed after less than a year and not worth messing with warrantyBottom line:Doesn't really matter now because you can't buy it anymore, but I would say save your money and buy a better mouse like a Logitech.

More color choices would be nice as well
This would be a 5 star for me if it were just a little bit smaller. More color choices would be nice as well. For the price this is selling at (7 dollars at the time of writing this), I'm pretty sure this is the best you'll find.
