The best android tv box.
The best box on the market and the best price for the specs. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you haven't used one of these before but once you figure it out it will open up a whole new world. I suggest installing a new launcher to make it more user friendly and and give your easier access to all your apps. You can set it up like your phone and it will become a lot easier to use. The box is very fast and as long as you have a strong internet connection you shouldn't experience any buffering. This also gives you full access to the Google Playstore and to Chrome for internet browing which some of the cheaper boxes won't.

Good box for the price.
The performance is definitely the highlight of this box. Haven't had an opportunity to use the RJ45 connection yet, but intend to. Wireless performance seems good. The 3 Gig of DDR4 is the star here. have not experienced any buffering issues with it at all. The downside is the user interface. Kinda clunky at best, with some definite setbacks. You cannot remove or alter the three large app icons on the home screen. Even if you uninstall the apps. There is no way to add Kodi into the apps menu. I have had several correspondences with tech support and they say that is scheduled for a future release. So in order to launch Kodi you have to dig through a couple of menus down through the setup screen before you see it. The remote control is about what you would expect. Slightly better than a Firestick. But still nothing to get excited over. I purchased a mini keyboard to use with it. Works a lot better than the remote. Beware, the WiFi update app is malware. I recommend uninstalling it before you ever connect this to your home LAN.

Best TV Box Yet!!!
Totally Awesome TV Box!!!(Full review forthcoming, with pointers)I don't think you can get a better TV Box at the moment.***DON'T PANIC***if you plug in your new TV box with the supplied HDMI Cable and get no picture on the TV. The included HDMI cable may only be rated for 1080p signaling, and for example, my box came transmitting @2160p right out of the Amazon box. I put it on a good quality HDMI cable and had a beautiful 4k / 2160p picture. Yay!

I really wanted to like this box
I really wanted to like this box. I spent a few days configuring and almost had it working like I wanted, but the HDMI on this box completely screwed with the ARC/CEC/HDMI function of my Onkyo entertainment center. I tried connections through my smart TV and through the Onkyo, but everytime the R-TV Box locked up the Onkyo and I had to reconfigure the HDMI ARC... Too bad, Sending back for refund.

Worked great for a couple weeks
Worked great for a couple weeks. Then, all of a sudden, it won't power on. The light on the box flickers and nothing but a black screen. While it worked, it was excellent. It ran Kodi No Limits Magic build without a hiccup. Able to play every local media file I have with no problems. But, this is the second time the same design box has died on me. The last one lasted a little over a month before dying in the same fashion.

Launcher impossible add KODI too, after bench marking it ...
Launcher impossible add KODI too, after bench marking it with AnTuTu Benchmark V6.2.7 the RAM does not speed to be DDR4, I am comparing it to my other TV Box which claims to have DDR3. The DDR3 box scored 5486, the Omikai R-TV Box scored 4820. Also my old box is a quad core which turned out to be only 5% slow then this box. I was expecting somewhere around 15%-20% CPU speed increase by going with an octa-core.

Worked great! For just over a month.
At random it will not turn back on after a reboot, have to wait hours until plugging it back in will actually power it back on. Probably only a matter of time until it won't come on at all.

This is the KODI box you want.
I purchased my first tv box it was a quad core 1 gb ram and 8 gig of storage... This box blows my old one away. If your looking for a fast box for your KODI addons.... this is the one.. My old box is a good box but this box is a GREAT BOX.
