Q: What cup sizes do the 38 fit?

It's a sports bra and as such has no real cup size. It's snug and the reviews all said it runs small. I normally wear a 38 B. I ordered a 42 based on the reviews and it fits perfect. Sort of smashes you flat but that's what I wanted because I was having a breast biopsy. I liked it well enough that I ordered 2 more because I'm having breast surgery in 2 weeks.

Q: do these bras contain latex of any kind?

No latex- cotton- very comfortable.

Q: If i'm getting my breast done should i buy a size up? what size did you all come from and go to? i'm going from full c and getting 650cc?

I got 650cc and went from a small B to a 34DDD. Every body is different so I recommend waiting until after surgery for any bra purchases. You have to wear the compression bandages for at least a week anyway. Plenty of time to shop and receive an item :)

Q: Does this bra have the padding cup insert?

It doesn’t have inserts or an opening.
