Got this for my basement office, which has no central ac. Generally it does not get too hot down there, but I wanted to try one of these anyway and this had good reviews and was at a good price point. It took some finagling to get the intake/vent window bracket adjusted correctly as my windows are a bit smaller, but I didn't want to cut the bracket. I managed to get it to fit by sliding the adjustable part of the bracket just on top of the tube that snaps in. I put the drain tube in a bucket, plugged it in and fired it up. Within a minute I was feeling icy cold ac! I used this for a couple of months this summer with very positive results. It seems to be put together well, it is solid and rolls easily on its wheels (although the drain and the vent tube pretty much limit where you can go. It seems fairly quiet.for what it is (then again, I like a certain amount of background noise so I probably wouldn't even notice it). I have to watch the bucket which is no big deal to me. All in all I have been pretty happy with it. I may try it in a bigger room this summer and report back.

This AC is small enough that you can move it around which is made easier with the caster wheels. I was shocked to see how powerful it is and it can really pump out the cold air. The digital display is great but when using the remote you have to be near it as the display is on the top of the unit instead of on the front but either way it works very well. When pressing the buttons ontop all you have to do is gently touch them. It is very responsive!! It is very Easy to install and get hooked up in your window. I have found that using oscillating fans infront of the AC unit helps to project the coolness throughout your house. I am yet to find any complaints but will edit my review if I find any. I Highly recommend this AC unit.

I have an upstairs room that is horribly humid that is 15 feet x 17 feet and this little machine does a very good job of cooling and dehumidifying that room. It gets 8 gallons of water per day out of the air in that room (not exaggerating as my house is over 100 years old and needs more insulation). It is incredible at dehumidifying when on A/C setting. Also, I put a box fan near the entrance way into the adjacent room which is 15 feet x 12 feet, and that moves the cool air into that room as well. The first year all went well...however, this is the second year that I'm using it, and I find I have to occasionally coax it to kick on (it turns on but the compressor needs coaxing sometimes to kick on)....hit the reset on the cord a couple of times and make sure to use the remote gets it going. I know, sounds weird, but that does the trick for the machine I have. This may be the nature of the type of product, as I have another portable floor model A/C unit of a different brand, and I have to coax that one as well.

This product is the right choice for quality and comfort. My son is very happy with this portable air conditioner. This thing cools down my whole upper level in my home. Very easy to install the window kit. Great bargain for the price.

One day it just stopped being an Air conditioner 6 months after purchasing. It was cooling a room to 68 consistently all summer. Sounds great, no errors, just no longer blowing cold air. Followed online troubleshooting guides.

It barely cools my basement bedroom. It runs CONSTANTLY. It's LOUD. It makes a new and different noise every day. Loud thumping noises, clanking, creaking, high pitch squeal... it just sucks. I have a 6k window unit that would cool my room better but this room doesnt have windows. I ducted the exhaust out of a window in my closet. 2.5 stars

This little air conditioner has made Summer so much better for me! My bedroom is extremely hot because it's facing the sun all day, which generates a lot of heat! It has literally melted blinds in the window because it is so hot. I put aluminum foil on the windows to reflect the heat and that saved the blinds, but it was still so hot in my room. I suffered through many Summers, then finally, I decided to get an air conditioner, and I'm so happy I chose this one! I knew that I didn't want a window unit. Nothing against them, just preferred an indoor one. This little baby works perfectly! Not too noisy, easy to install, and the controls are readily accessible with the remote. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off because I'm soooo 🥶 🧊! I love it and I'm happy that I finally made this much needed purchase for this Texas Summer Heat!

Amazing output and works as a nightstand. Used it since last summer it is a great companion if you are looking for a fan or ac unit. Also great sound it kind of functions as white noise that puts me to sleep. The only downside is that its exhaust window mount does not fit well and I have had to tape it in place to keep it from falling out. But without a doubt one of the best ac units you could get.

Going on our 4th summer with this unit. We probably only use it 3-4months of the year but during that time it’s been on almost 24hrs a day. It’s still going strong and has been a godsend on those hot mid summer days! It is quite loud but it doesn’t bother me. I like that you can set the temp you want it to get down to and then once reached, it goes on fan mode. It’s been great and reliable so far and worth the cost at about $100/yr at this point (bought in spring of 2022 for just over $300). Looking to buy a second for the baby room!

Wow I'm impressed this does make your bedroom Nice an Cold I LOVE IT so happy that i found something that makes my room cool love snuggling into my bed in a nice cool room on hot days definitely recommend excellent product worth every penny!

So far a very nice machine. Compact, very quiet keeps our 20 X 14 living room comfortable when its + 32 C outside. Took 20 minutes to unpack, install the window kit and have running. If it lasts a few years I will consider the money well spent.

This portable ac is absolutely amazing so easy to set up will buy again

C'est okay, mais pour une 10000 btu, je m'attendais à ce qu'elle fournisse un confort pour le logement au complet. J'ai un petit 3 1/2 et j'ai dû mettre l'appareil dans la chambre et un autre au salon. Mon compte d'électricité va exploser. Je suis déçu.
