30 plus years ago I trained hard as a bodybuilder. So full of testosterone we weren't concerned about injury. Now at 59, still working as self employed and training as well, prefer to prevent injury. I was beginning to have discomfort in my elbow and wrists from heavier lifting. One of the bodybuilders I follow on the internet spoke highly of another brand of elbow support, but I wasn't convinced that an $80 support was necessary, so I gave these a try figuring Amazon is reasonable about returns. I measured for size from their website, ordered accordingly. Gymreapers responded with a very nice email. The order included 2 elbow supports and 2 wrist supports. The quality seemed impressive, the stitching, material and plenty of Velcro on the wrist straps. The elbow supports fit me fairly snug, comfortably snug. They made my skin slightly itchy, not bothersome itchy. They did not move, or slide down my arm, nor inhibit movement during each one hour workout. The wrist supports worked great, plenty of support, enough that I did not have any concern doing the heavy work. really like the logo as well. Most likely, like many others, experiences are not always positive ordering on line. Gymreapers contacted me upon placing the order, and after receiving the order expressing their interest in making sure everything was satisfactory. My personal experience, along with the warm fuzzy feeling of a company that seems to actually care, is a product that is well designed, functional, well made and priced fairly. At this point I am very satisfied with the supports, and the outreach from Gymreapers. I am not affiliated with this company, nor received any percs, just a consumer that likes to buy reasonable quality for my hard earned money. On a rare occasion a product exceeds expectation, this one did just that.

I didn’t have very high hopes in this product just because of the debilitating pain I’d have from doing any tricep exercise. To the point I’d have to quit my workout early and afterwards I’d have zero muscle soreness due to a failed workout but horrible elbow pain. When I tried these I was amazed by how I was finally able to complete a workout for triceps and chest. I measured around my arms and used the size chart and the ones I bought seem to be super tight. To the point it’s almost a workout just to get them on and positioned right. I found it easier to put them on inside out on my forearms and roll them on over my elbows. Great product. The wrist straps I don’t really use much at the moment but they’re definitely rigid and offer a lot of support as intended.

I purposely purchased the elbow sleeves because I was experiencing tennis elbow. I have to say I’m not a big fan of the elbow sleeves, they aren’t the most comfortable and are thick. I can’t say that they helped with the tennis elbow BUT the wrist wraps that came with the sleeves are amazing. They are soft and stretchy with enough support for heavy lifting while keeping my wrists stable. I will forever purchase the wrist wraps when needed over the other brands I’ve had. I was using ELITEFTS wraps for over a year now as I thought they were great until I tried these. A world of a difference in feeling. Get the wrist wraps for sure.

Easy Peasy . Optimal thickness . Good stretch. I like them more than wraps because there is no protruding stiff edge to dig into your bicep or forearm . I have a mild case of tennis elbow and it helped a lot . For fitment purposes : I have a 16.5-17 " bicep so I bought the XXL as the chart instructed. It was a nice snug fit . My guess is you could probably go up to around a 19" bicep. You may start to get extremely tight or have to roll it on after that. Well worth the money

I also have Gymreapers elbow wraps. The wraps provide a little more support but they slip and have to be rewrapped multiple times. These were my first pair of neoprene sleeves and they seem to run small, or maybe they're supposed to be hard to pull on. At any rate one of mine tore after around 25 workouts. They also have to be washed after every workout unless you really value your personal space at the gym. Gymreapers inspected the photographs I sent them and issued me a gift certificate for a new pair so I'm only out taxes and shipping, which seems fair to me. I might use an old scuba diver's trick and slide them on with hair conditioner in the future.

I WAS A LITTLE IFFY READING THOSE WRONG REVIEWS. BUT I MEASURED MY ARM LIKE THE DIRECTIONS INSISTED ORDERED XL.THESE THINGS WORK GREAT.STABILIZING THE JOINTS WHILE UNDER PRESSURE. YES THEY ARE A LITTLE TIGHT BUT HOW ELSE WOULD YOU GET COMPRESSION.MOST DEFINITELY NOT TIGHT ENOUGH TO STOP THE FLOW OF BLOOD THROUGH VEINS.I KEPT THEM ON FOR AN ENTIRE 2HR WORKOUT MY COMFYNESS WAS 8 out of 10.SO DON'T LEAVE ON ALL DAY.WELL ENOUGH SAID FOLKS NO PAIN NO GAIN...THIS PRODUCT IS FOR GLADIATORS NOT THE CRY BABY COMMENTORS I READ IN THE BEGINNING.

Qualitität wirkt bis jetz gut, aber habe leider die handgelenks bandagen nicht erhalten habe sie nun noch einmal bestellt wie vom kundenservice empfolen hoffe das diesmal beides drin ist !!! Erneut bestellt erneut nicht mit geliefert,hoffe die rückerstattung läuft glatt
