I literally use this sweat belt during every workout! I got a small and I am 5’5 and 140. I wear it over my workout top and it does it’s job. I feel like it sucks me in, stabilizes my core and helps me get a good sweat in.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT, I am only a couple days into using this product and feel that I have noticed a difference! It’s easily concealed under tight clothing. I used this with some coconut oil (because it was a cheaper option and noticed I sweat tons more with it on- I apply a small tbs worth to my abdomen) compared to the sweat stick they recommend. You don’t have to readjust the band as it isn’t restricting and allows you to still perform your desired exercises. I haven’t run into any exercises that restrict my mobility with this on. I’m too early into my sweet sweat band journey to see a difference but, I’m happy with this purchase. Even a 5 minute session on the treadmill, I can feel my sweat under this thing!For reference I’m 142Ib F, with 34 inch waist, ordered size S
